After filing, MPAC reviews the assessment, considers supporting evidence, and provides a written decision. If the result remains in dispute, an appeal may be filed with the Assessment Review Board.
Some matters settle after document review and discussions. Others move to an ARB settlement meeting and, if not resolved, a hearing.
